Report from Overwatch Outpost:
Water temp was 53° recently, with lots of hatches popping! We’re seeing March Browns, Sulphers, Caddis, and Stone Flies hatching. At low water, fish are actively rising, and eagerly taking dries! High water releases require switching to either nymphs, such as Pheasant Tails, Copper Johns, or an emergent, such as the Jailbird. Zonkers and various streamer patterns will also put you on the fish at high water. The fishing is hot right now, and the river has been stocked heavily. Get out there and fish!
